MegaDexBot provides a non-custodial, automated cryptocurrency trading service that interacts with decentralized exchanges through smart contracts. Our algorithms are designed to identify and execute trading opportunities on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

While MegaDexBot does not require traditional registration, you interact with our Service by connecting your cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, including any private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when required
• Secure access to your cryptocurrency wallet
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your connected wallet
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your wallet in connection with our Service

5. Fees and Payments

Use of certain features of the Service requires payment of fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are payable in cryptocurrency through your connected wallet.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to automatically deduct the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each subscription period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically provided in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice. Any changes to fees will be communicated to users and will apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency carries significant risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. While MegaDexBot implements sophisticated algorithms designed to generate returns, there is no guarantee of profit.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• The value of your assets may decrease substantially
• Technical issues with blockchain networks may affect transactions
• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities could result in loss of funds
• Regulatory changes may impact the availability or legality of our Service

We strongly recommend that you do not commit more assets to cryptocurrency trading than you can afford to lose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaDexBot and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any trading decisions made through our platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Technical failures or interruptions in the Service
• Smart contract vulnerabilities or blockchain network issues

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of MegaDexBot and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service are our trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any right or license with respect to our trademarks.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet and ceasing to use the platform. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Singapore, in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users through our website or other means. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
